NIJI ADELAGUN (Chairman / CEO)

Founder and pioneer Managing Director and CEO of the company. Mr. Niji Adelagun returned to Nigeria in 1996 to found the company after several years in the United Kingdom studying and working. He obtained a law degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration both from UK Universities. Mr. Adelagun's vision and dynamic leadership has positioned the company since inception as one of the leading information technology companies in Nigeria. The company has grown from just 3 employees at inception to over 50 full-time employees and an average of 20 temporary contract staff at any given time

TAIWO HOLLIST (Head, Products & Services)

General Manager in charge of products and services. He oversees our entire technology division which consists of the following departments namely: User Experience, Project Management as well as Research and Development. He has over 20 years' experience in IT and project management in a range of industries working with a diverse range of development platforms and technologies in several countries around the world. He has led teams that have developed complex solutions such as online quality control systems, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions for call centres, middleware platform layers providing simplified access to complex backend systems. He has also developed a range of value added services for the mobile telephony industry both abroad and in Nigeria.

ADEMOLA ADEDEJI (Head of projects)

Ademola Adedeji is the company's Head of Projects and serves as a lynchpin between IQSS’s Research & Development, User Experience and Testing Teams. He has vast experience in IT ranging from hardware repair, software deployments, database administration, etc., before becoming a project manager. He has over the years obtained several IT-related certifications including MCP and MCSA in Microsoft SQL Server, Kodak Hardware and Software Technician, Gallagher Security System Administrator etc. He equally obtained AXELOS certifications in ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner. Ademola Adedeji obtained his Master's Degree in Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2014, after he completed his first degree and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Library Science from University of Ibadan.

NAIMAT ALABI (Project manager)

Alabi Naimat is a target-driven project manager with a genuine desire to achieve and excel. She is equipped with powerful communication, coordination and analytic skills, and well-versed in computing. She is an alumna of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

ANYANWU JUDITH (Team lead software quality assurance)

A meticulous tester involved in test planning and execution across project life cycles, defect reporting and tracking to ensure our products are fit for purpose. She has participated in formal and informal product design reviews and has provided input on functional requirements, product design, schedules and potential issues. She has worked on teams developing various state-of-the art software for multiple mobile devices with different operating systems and has trained as well coordinated Lagos state officials in UAT activities for a bespoke Electronic Certificate of Occupancy application.

GBENGA EDUN (Lead sales and business development)

Gbenga Edun is the Lead, Sales & Business Development Department, responsible for analyzing sales options, building of market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals and managing business relationships. Prior to joining the Sales & Business Development Department, he was a senior member of the User Experience Department with responsibility for software deployment and training of customers on usage of the deployed applications. Gbenga's greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach. He holds degrees in software engineering and business administration.

OLUMIDE BALOGUN (Team lead, user experience department)

Olumide has over 8 years' experience in software deployment & support, and hardware maintenance. He has been involved in deploying various applications to clients which include but not limited to Automated Electronic Certificate of Occupancy for Lagos State Government, Electronic Document Management Solution for Ogun state Government, Child Safety Security Assurance Solution (School Angel) for private schools, Access Control System for Bankers Warehouse, Lagos, set up of IBM X series server for Bankers Warehouse, Lagos.
