Biometric registration
Our organization, through our other successful security and safety product, SCHOOL ANGEL, has been building a database that currently contains the records of thousands of domestic staff like drivers, nannies, etc., uniquely identified with their biometrics. Adding your staff to this database is the surest way to ensure your staff are who they claim they are and have no known adverse records you should be aware of.
Staff appraisal
Our systems prompt you to appraise your staff monthly/quarterly by answering a few questions. This allows you to build a record of your staff job and performance history that can be useful in ascertaining training needs and would also serve as veritable means of staff job performance history for future employers using KYS.
Deters crime
Registering your staff on our database with their biometrics and pictures forever secure on our database is enough to deter that staff from committing any criminal act under your employment.
Medical Screening (Optional)
In partnership with leading medical laboratories, we recommend that you conduct an annual screening of your staff for HIV, tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, vision screening, hearing test, etc., as may be appropriate.
